Building Your Offer & Revenue Strategy
Don't wait for customers. Build ways to generate revenue.
Find the opportunities, build the pipeline, and follow up until there is a decision. The goal isn't to make one sale — it's to build a repeatable sales process, supported by partners who send you customers.

Where Does Your Business Get Hired?
Exercise 1: Who Are My Current Clients?
Before looking for new clients, take a moment to recognize who already buys from your business. This exercise will help you understand your customers, recognize repeat-business opportunities, and decide which relationships to grow.
Exercise 2: Who Could Be My Next Clients?
Now that you have identified your current clients, think about other people, businesses, or organizations that could benefit from what you offer.
